Acquisition & Planning
Chickasaw Advisory Services is providing comprehensive management and project planning services for acquisition of laboratory equipment, furniture, fixtures, and signage for this 11 story, biosafety level 3 & 4 laboratory facility at the CDC in Atlanta, GA. The company is leading a multidiscipline / multi-company project team to complete this highly technical & complex facility with a focus on outstanding customer service. The project includes relocation of employees and equipment and requires close coordination with multiple client user groups.
Real Estate Management
Chickasaw Advisory Services will provide full building management services for highly technical and complex environment that includes on-site support for conference center / event planning; Hi-definition TV broadcast & studio production; audio visual; food, lodging and transportation; visitor & retail services; video teleconferencing; and full custodial services for state-of-the-art facility. CNI will lead a multi-discipline / multi-company team focused on excellent customer service.
Program Management
All phases of construction from pre-planning, cost engineering and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction and move-in. Effective with when numerous parties are involved including architects, designers, engineers, contractors and facility managers. Common when handling several
projects simultaneously.
Cost Engineering and Financial Risk Management
Assists clients in understanding potential economic risks of projects and programs. Areas of expertise focus on cost and schedule risks associated with development, construction and environmental remediation projects.
Procurement Management
Management of the procurement, fabrication, approvals, delivery, installation of materials, supplies, furniture, fixtures, equipment including coordination of warrantees inventory controls, asset management, and maintenance.
Construction Management
Provides facility owners with full construction and on-site representation
from the pre-construction phase through construction and closeout of
construction projects.
Building and Operations Management
Building Services integration and operational management including procedures, quality assurance, staffing, training, reporting and coordination.
Repair / Improvement (JOC / SABER)
Job Order / SABER Contracting is a method to procure construction services that saves money, time and increases the quality of small to medium size maintenance, repair and minor new construction projects. JOC / SABER is competitively bid, firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract. The contract typically has a base term with two to four year options. When the contract is awarded, work is accomplished by issuing a series of individual work orders to
the contractor.
