CNI Construction Contract

Recently the US Army awarded CNI Construction in McKinney, TX the 94th Engineer Battalion Interim Facilities contract located at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO.

Ft. Leonard Wood is a $15,700,000 project with a duration of 180 days. This is the second project awarded at Ft. Leonard Wood, the first being a joint venture with Flintco. Our successful completion of the first project has certainly played a major role in CNI Construction, LLC getting this new project.

There will be 24 twelve-man modular barracks, two modular soldier community buildings, tension fabric structures consisting of one small vehicle maintenance shelter, and three large vehicle maintenance shelters.

Randall Stanley, Sr. Project Manager, has been busy working with the Corps of Engineers to ensure this project stays on budget. Work has already begun on the project with Wayne Layell as on-site Project Manager and Chad Murphy as Project Manager. This looks to be yet another successful project for CNI.
